Though some of the branches are broken off, and you, being a wild olive tree, are grafted in among them and made partaker of the root and sap of the olive tree, Rom. 11:17

For the promise that he would be the heir of the world was not given to Abraham or to his seed through the law, but through the righteousness that comes by faith in Christ. Rom. 4:13

Know therefore that they that are of faith, the same are sons of Abraham. Gal 3:7

The Apostles asked Jesus, “Lord, will You at this time restore the kingdom to Israel?” He said to them, “It is not for you to know times or seasons which the Father has put in His own authority. Acts 1:6-7

In Hebrews Paul suggests the Israelite's were looking for "a better country, a heavenly one," implying the land was never the ultimate reference. The Kingdom of God is the end goal toward which the land promise was always pointing: God dwelling with a renewed creation, ruling in righteousness, through faith to all nations, with Christ as the singular "seed."
